Chinese Lacquer Curio Cabinet

A lacquered Chinese curio cabinet. The rectangular cornice rests atop a hand-painted frieze over a two glass paneled doors and pair of blind paneled cabinet doors.. The piece features a repeating pattern of lattice and a floral motif, all hand-painted in white and gold. The cabinet doors are embellished with figures wearing inlaid, carved and painted mother of pearl robes, set in white linear vignettes. The glass doors open to a mirrored back and lit interior set with lacquered, open framed boxes for display items. There are no visible maker’s marks.
