A framed Chinese ancestral wall panel reproduction. Featured is a hand-painted and carved wooden wall panel with carved soapstone-style detail depicting a dignified female Chinese ancestor, seated and wearing an ornate Ming style robe with gold tone phoenix bird embellishment and a black headdress decorated with gold tone birds. She is seated in an ornately carved chair. The piece is presented a dark brown wood frame with a matte black background with a gold tone filigree border. Two brass tone hanging brackets are affixed to the top. The panel is marked ‘Made in China’ to the verso.
