"Heidi" Hand-Decorated Cosmetic Carry-On Travel Case
Item Details
A vintage cosmetic carry-on makeup travel case hand-decorated with scenes from the book Heidi by Johanna Spyri. This rounded rectangular case has a locking lid that opens to reveal interior storage with a lid-mounted mirror. The exterior has been hand decorated with cut appliqué showing cartoon scenes from an adaptation of the children’s book Heidi, showing the Swiss ‘Girl of the Mountains’ on her farm, with her family members, and journeying to the Dörfli (little town).
