A hand-painted Japanese Arita ware porcelain dish. This scalloped edge Arita ware (also commonly known as Imari ware) dish features a detailed floral motif with four swirling floral cartouches to the bottom edge. The underside is marked ‘Made in Great Japan, Hizen, Arita, Aoki’ (大日本肥前有田青木製).
