Lenox Porcelain Sculpted Shell Serving Bowls with Gold Trim
Item Details
A pair of porcelain bowls in graduated sizes from the Shell Bowl collection by Lenox. Each item features a sculpted shell shape with an uneven gradient gold rim and a scrolled accent to one side. The larger bowl bears a blue pre-1952 backstamp over an ‘S & G. Gump Co. San Francisco’ retailer’s mark along with a series of numbers. The smaller bowl bears a gold post-1952 backstamp under a ‘Hand Decorated with 24K Gold’ sticker.
