A vintage Reuge carved wood music box featuring the tune The Happy Wanderer. The box features a Schmid-Linder carved and painted wood depiction of a boy and girl holding hands. Both are depicted in traditional Swiss costume and the boy has a small bird on his arm. The figurines rest on a wood base with a maker’s mark to the underside.

Condition

-some scratches to the finish, the bird tail is broken off, untested
