Antique Wood-Handled Froes
Item Details
A pair of antique wood-handled froes. These tools were used for splitting smaller pieces off a log, for use as shingles or kindling. They feature solid wood handles with shaped metal heads. The heads fit over the top of the handles and use nails to achieve a friction fit.

- metal is loose on wood; wear from use.
