A 1969 artist’s proof etching on paper titled Musical No. 2. The piece depicts a female figure reclining alongside a lute, as abstract otherworldly lights swirl overhead, rendered in a palette of black against a cream ground. The print is signed indiscernibly in graphite to the lower right, titled to the lower center and noted as an artist’s proof to the lower left. It is matted in black and presented under glass in a silver tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- to fair; toning to paper with mat burn to outer edges; minor edge wear and nicks to frame.
