Japanese"Lotus and Peony" Porcelain Charger

Item Details

A Japanese porcelain charger. This piece features a hand-painted floral motif depicting pink and red lotuses and peonies, as well as blue leaves against paneled backgrounds of rust red, dark blue, and white. The bowl has a center architectural scene and the entire piece is accented with gilt vines. The underside is unmarked.

- light wear to design; some stains; adhesive residue on the underside.
