A Chinese rosewood wine box with a mother of pearl and abalone inlay. This box features an elongated rectangular form topped by a sliding lid. The lid is decorated with an abalone and mother of pearl inlay depicting a bird perched atop floral branches. There are no visible maker’s marks.
