Decorative Ornate Hand Painted Ceramic Jardiniere

A hand painted ornate ceramic jardiniere. The piece has brass tone edging around the scalloped rim and decorative feet. It has two handles to either side and ha multiple designs of roses and other flowers with more brass tone and raised accents. It is without discernible maker’s marks.
