A group of fossil and mineral specimens. This group of three geologic specimens features a coiled ammonoid that retains much of the permineralized shell material on a fossiliferous limestone matrix that includes numerous bivalve and gastropod external mold and body fossils. Also included is a specimen that displays clear euhedral quartz crystals that have the hexagonal prism with six sided pyramidal termination typical of the mineral quartz and a polished coiled ammonoid specimen that displays both calcite and mud filled chambers with a goniatitic suture pattern.
