A collection of several dozen vintage and antique family photographs, postcards, and baby books. This lot features a variety of photographs following a family through the early 20th century, including portraits, group, and candid photos, some of which are framed or mounted on cardboard, and others that are stored within a photo album. Also included is Baby’s Book, with handwritten entries describing the events of a baby’s young life, a set of sepia tone postcards titled California Missions, and a book titled At the Zoo, published by Raphael Tuck & Sons, with color plates of animals.
Condition
- edge wear and yellowing to papers; photos are faded and bent with age; frames have edge wear; one frame glass is broken; baby book has chips to the edges and stains; latching photo album has broken spine, wear, and yellowing overall.
