A signed serigraph print on paper of a Benjamin Franklin quote. This colorful print depicts the text ‘The things which hurt, instruct’, attributed to Benjamin Franklin, superimposed on white over colorful swaths of purple, orange, red, green, blue, and yellow. A signature in the lower right appears to read ‘Conta’. The work is presented under glass with a purple mat in a silver tone metallic frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso, along with a short essay about the quote.
