Antique Paris Porcelain and Royal Winton Teapots
Item Details
A collection of antique and vintage tea and coffee pots. This group includes a circa 1840-60 Paris Porcelain teapot. This item boasts an octagonal form and has a central reserve of spontaneously painted European flowers with gilt trim and spout. Also included is an antique porcelain coffee pot which displays a bulbous form and applied handle. It has motif of light blue sprigs on a white ground. Accompanying these pieces is a 1930’s teapot from Royal Winton which features a floral motif, gilt trim and light blue top and lid. It is marked to the underside. There is also a contemporary floral teapot from Salem China.
Condition
- one pot is missing a lid; Paris teapot has chips to spout and interior lid, light peppering, and the finial is broken off; wear to gilding on Paris pot; worn gilt monogram on Paris pot; faint surface marks from prior use to all items.
