A collection of artisanal Czecho-Hungarian terracotta tableware and decor. This collection of traditional Central European folk creations features hand-crafted terracotta pieces which are painted by hand in the traditional method, each piece showing floral motifs in a vibrant color palette of cobalt blue, yellow, garnet red, and emerald green. The pieces included are a serving bowl, a pair of matching candlestick holders, three flat circular vessel with a lid, a large candlestick holder, four small handled jugs, two flat circular footed vessels, two ornate footed dishes, a handled candy dish, and three sets of miniature vases and plates. Each piece has a tag written in Czech which roughly translates as ‘Hungarian folk creation’ and ‘made in Czechoslovakia’.
