An vintage Eastlake style upholstered rocking chair having a carved and incised crest rail between two routed stiles with block floral carvings and curved brackets over a padded, upholstered back, arms, and seat. The chair is upholstered in a mint green velveteen fabric with double piped trim. The arms are supported by curved rails with incised scrolled detail at the handholds. The chair rests on a curved rail, designed to gently rock, on a trestle base. The front legs are on casters.

There are no visible maker’s marks.
