An 18K yellow gold Rolex Cellini wristwatch. This watch features a cushion shaped watch case with incised Roman numeral hour markers in the bezel. The dial is a deep brown in center that fades to black around the edges. There are gold tone hands and a Rolex crown at the twelve o’clock position. The watch is finished with an 18K yellow gold mesh bracelet.
