Item Details
An oil painting on a map titled Navigation No. 15 by American artist Ron Richmond. This geometric abstraction is painted over a map, with the printed rulers serving as a border and the images visible through thinner layers in the painted center. It features a field split horizontally in the center between white and sea green, with a white trapezoid cutting into the lower color. This arrangement has drips of tan falling from the upper edge. It is signed, titled, and dated 1999 to the lower right and presented behind a mat and glass in a black wood frame with hooks to the verso for hanging.
