Early 20th Century Heintz Art Metal Sterling on Bronze Floral Rocker Blotter

Item Details

An early 20th century sterling on bronze rocker blotter by the Otto Heintz Art Metal Shop (active from 1875 until February 11, 1930). This piece features a wide bronze handle with a floral sterling silver overlay. The rocker and a piece of blotting fabric are held in place by the hooked ends of the handle. The rocker slides out to one side when the fabric needs to be replaced. Companion 18DAL002-153.
