Item Details
A vintage Italian style velvet tapestry. This large tapestry or covering is rendered in a palette of gold, ivory, rose, sage, rust, and wine. The gold field begins with a floral medallion with ornate lace-like patterns bordered with elaborate floral motifs, and vase forms, along with scrolling leaves. Finishing this textile are bound edges and ends with looped chenille fringe to all four sides. The reverse offers a wooden mounting piece, and goes unlabeled, besides framer’s card.
