A limited edition offset lithograph on paper after an original painting titled Timber Wolf by well-listed renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924). The print, part of Ruthven’s Arctic Series depicts a solitary timber wolf standing on a rocky outcropping. The work is signed within the plate and in graphite to the lower left. The title and series name are printed to the lower margin, and it is numbered 786 out of an edition of 950 in graphite. Presented behind an ivory mat with a teal liner, under glass, in a stained wood frame. It is ready to hang with a wire.
