A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan area rug. This wool area rug is hand-knotted in a palette of cranberry red, slate blue, burgundy, orange, deep teal, green, black and white. The field is patterned with lobbed flowers and angular leaves and it is framed with diamond, boteh, and herati pattern borders. Finished with overcast selvedges.
