An Orianne sterling silver star ruby and white topaz ring and necklace. Both of these gold wash on sterling silver pieces feature a center, prong set lattice diffused star ruby with a halo of several white topaz stones. The necklace pendant has a scalloped edge and is affixed to a rolo chain.
