A collection of eleven early 20th-century halftone prints on paper, each depicting a scene from the Napoleonic Wars. Prints include The Council of State Installed by Bonaparte after Auguste Couder, Napoleon Receiving the Keys of Vienna after Anne-Louis Girodet de Roussy-Trioson, Napoleon Presents the Imperial Eagles to His Army after Jacques-Louis David, Napoleon Surrounded by His Standard Bearers, Napoleon Receives the Persian Ambassador at Finkenstein after Charles Gavard, Enrolling Volunteers in 1792, Napoleon in Hell after Antoine Wiertz, Fête on the Champ de Mars, Battle of Mount Thabor, Burning of Moscow and Interview Between Napoleon and Pope Pius VII at Fontainebleau. The prints are unsigned, but some include a notation of ‘The Werner Co.’ in plate to the lower margin. They are presented unframed, mounted to black cardboard backings with descriptions adhered to the verso.

- to poor; discoloration, foxing and toning to all prints; tear to corner of one print; heavy wear, discoloration and tears to all backings; items are unframed.
