A group of ten metal advertising tins. Included in the group are a Cutty Sark tin from the 500th Anniversary of Christopher Columbus, a Chivas Regal tin, a Droste’s Cocoa tin, a Maple Syrup tin, with a Uneeda Biscuit and a Creamy Mints tin by Betty Anne, a Morton Salt and a Sanka Coffee tin, a tin made in Holland, and a Charlotte Charles Alpine Wine Sticks tin is included.
Condition
- the Dutch portrait tin shows paint wear and oxidation; the Alpine Wine Stick tin shows some denting to lid and scratches; the Droste’s Cocoa tin has some paint loss to the tin; the Maple Syrup tin has oxidation; the Uneeda Biscuit tin has oxidation to the rims; the Creamy Mints tin has some paint loss and oxidation; the Morton Salt tin has oxidation to the rims of the tin and bottom of the canister; the Sanka Coffee tin has oxidation, and scratches to the art work; the Dutch tin has oxidation to the imagery and scratching; the Alpine Wine Sticks tin has scratches to the artwork, some dents and discoloration and oxidation.
