A pairing of tableware featuring an early 20th century W. H. Grindley & Co. earthenware pitcher. The pitcher presents a pink rose pattern over a pale blue field to the borders and gilt accents. It was produced in England between 1914-25 and is marked ‘W. H. Grindley & Co.’ to the underside. The porcelain Dresdena compote offers a bright floral pattern in pink, orange, and blue with gilding to the scalloped edges. It is marked ‘Noritake/Japan’ to the underside.
