A pastel drawing on paper of amaryllis flowers. This drawing depicts a bouquet of the aforementioned crimson flowers held together, which emerge from a stout vase against a lightly illuminated background. The composition itself is rendered with an intricate layering of cross-hatched pastel marks in a Post-Impressionist manner. To the lower right corner is an illegible artist signature, dated 1991. The drawing is presented under glass beneath layered matting in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
