A 1994 oil painting on canvas titled Cattle, Late Sun by listed contemporary Lincoln, Nebraska artist Stephen Dinsmore (born 1952). The Impressionist-inspired piece depicts a bucolic landscape scene with cattle grazing in a field of mottled green and brown hues, set under a grey overcast sky. The work is signed ‘Dinsmore’ in blue paint to the lower right, with the artist’s full name, date and work title written to the canvas verso. It is presented without glass in a floating wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso .
