Item Details
A mixed media painting on paper titled Hearst Series 2010 Ver I by well listed German born Pop artist Peter Max (born 1937). This work features a vividly colorful print of a stylized red and yellow heart, mounted against a gradient green backing that has been hand embellished with acrylic paint by the artist. The work is hand signed ‘Max’ at the bottom with a multicolored brush stroke. It is presented under acrylic glass, mounted to a white linen backing in a gold tone wood frame with a linen liner. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
Condition
- slight shifting of image in the frame; frame appears to be separating at the corners slightly; minor wear to frame.
