Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Mehriban wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of deep indigo, ivory, rose, terracotta, and taupe. The deep indigo hued field begins with a pair of radiating geometrically shaped floral themed medallions with similar flowering sprays throughout. Framing the field is a main floral meander border with a pair of meandering guard borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a short ivory warp fringe to the ends.
