A vintage chormolithograph print advertisement for Helmar Turkish Cigarettes after a painting by Albert Sonn (1869-1936). This early 20th century poster depicts a pretty young woman with flowing long hair, fringed leather jacket, and tall western style hat under a blue sky in an open prairie. The work is signed in-plate ‘A.H. Sonn ’07’. It is presented under glass in a wood frame with gold tone trim. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

Condition

- rips and surface abrasions across left and upper left sides; foxing and toning at upper right; wear to edges of frame.
