An etching on paper titled Old French Mill by an artist appearing to sign the piece ‘G. Montfort,’ perhaps an artist named Guy De Montfort. This print, appearing to incorporate aquatint techniques, depicts a millhouse built at the edge of a shallow river, its wheel spitting out a steady stream of foaming water. The piece is signed somewhat illegibly to its lower right and is mounted under glass and a mat with metallic detailing in a gold tone frame with a wire for hanging.
