An oil painting on canvas of a city scene. This Impressionist style painting depicts a reflective body of water jutting up against a pier, which is aligned by a cluster of rustic buildings fronted by a large watchtower. To the lower margin is a painted artist signature appearing to read ‘J. Delomi’. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring a linen liner with a gold tone fillet with hanging wire to the verso.
