An antique Victorian oak and cane highchair having a straight, rectangular caned back over two arms supported by turned spindles and a caned seat. The chair stands on four turned legs with a front turned stretcher and attached to a mechanism that allows the chair to drop and rock. There are no visible maker’s marks.
