An oil painting of a snow-covered clearing by artist Joe Shell, signed and dated ‘Shell ’74’ to its lower left corner. This piece depicts a blue line of trees lightly coated in snow, a shallow stream cutting through the center of the composition’s lower edge. The painterly work is mounted in a green and gold tone wooden frame with a hanging wire and label noting the artist’s name to its verso.
