A vintage coin-operated crane arcade game by Williams Electronic Mfg., circa 1956. The composite wood, box-form case features a glass header with a colorful decal on the reverse reading ‘Be a Sidewalk Engineer – Operate this Crane it’s fun!’ Directly below are three glass panels revealing a simulated construction site with an orange steam shovel, a pit of beans, and a green hopper. The crane is controlled via four buttons on the front just below a decal with operating instructions. Each game costs ten cents and there is a dime coin loader in the front. The entire piece rises on four tapered, black legs. Also included are three keys and two instruction sheets.

Condition
- to fair; worked when tested; some exterior surface wear and paint losses, with slightly heavier wear to left side of case; some losses to bottom edge of header decal; instruction decal with one price scratched out and another added; small losses to “quitting time” decal; two instruction sheets appear to be original with toning and tears; other minor wear as would be expected with age and use.
