A finely hand-knotted Persian Kerman wool accent rug. This rug features a plush pile and rendered in a palette of sky blue, ivory, rose, camel, and olive. The sky blue colored field begins with a central floral themed diamond medallion, and features small floral motifs to the spandrels. Framing the field is a broken flowering vine main border, along with meandering guard borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and an ivory wool warp fringe to the ends, as well as a label to the underside.
