Wooden Frame

A collection of antique portraits in hand-detailed wooden frames. The tree pieces include a pair of photographs, one of a family with three daughters and another of a young woman resting her elbows on a tasseled cushion. Also included is a watercolor painting, rendered in the style of a crayon portrait, of a woman with her hair carefully arranged at the sides of her face. Each piece features matting, two of the three in rounded shapes, and is mounted in a wooden frame with gold tone fillets and carefully-painted details towards its sight edge. All three have hardware for hanging.

Condition

- varying wear and discoloration to portraits; frames have minor scratches and wear throughout; backs show wear and discoloration.
