Graphite Drawings of Western Scenes
Item Details
A pair of graphite drawings on paper of western scenes. These pieces depict an outlaw on horseback escaping pursuing gunfire and an exhausted cowboy wiping sweat from his brow and looking down at his prone horse. The pair are partially signed ‘Eric’ to their lower right corners. Both are mounted under glass in wooden frames with hanging wires to their versos.
Condition
- poor; discoloration to paper; billow to paper; heavy wear throughout both frames; heavy dust and residue present to glass; loss of veneer to frames; heavy scratching to frames; mat burn to paper.
