A signed limited edition Rosamond print ‘One Woman Shows’. This piece shows a tranquil bohemian woman with striped black and white scarf wrapped and knotted around her head and matching striped skirt. The piece is numbered 72/700 and is signed by hand to the bottom artist by the artist. Christine Rosamond Benton was simply known as Rosamond and rose to fame in the 1970s when one of her works was bought by Priscilla Presley and then noticed by Ira Cohen, a prominent art gallery owner. Cohen then bought her work and commissioned pieces from her regularly. She continued to rise in fame throughout the late 20th century after learning of the lithograph printing process.
