The stamps in this collection include a block of twenty-four mint 1971 United Nations stamps, a block of four cancelled 1962 Seattle World’s Fair four-cent stamps, loose cancelled 1954 Abraham Lincoln four-cent stamps, cancelled 1956 Independence Hall ten-cent stamps, a block of three mint 1958 Forest Conservation stamps, international cancelled stamps from Iraq, Pakistan, Turkey, Italy, and more. This collection also includes First Day of Issue covers for a 1962 United Nations Postal Service five-cent stamp and a 1971 First Day of Issue stamped envelope ‘Inaugurating the United States Postal Service’. Albums include a 1971 United States Special Stamp Mini-Album, United States Liberty Album (1966, H.E. Harris & Co., Boston, Mass.), and The New Traveler Album (1961, H.E. Harris & Co, Boston, Mass). A paperback book titled United States Stamp Stories (1972, Scott Publishing Co.) and two packages of hinges complete this collection.
