A mixed media painting on paper of a snow landscape by listed artist John Albert Seaford (1858 – 1936). This Impressionist style painting depicts a snowy, wooded area featuring tall, barren trees and a calm brook that flows to the foreground. The application of watercolor is reinforced by pastel marks. To the lower left corner of the composition is a handwritten artist signature. The painting is presented under glass in a bronze and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wear to frame finish; light wrinkling.
