A pair of antique American Victorian girandoles by Cornelius & Sons. Cornelius & Sons were a Philadelphia based lamp and gas fixtures company from 1839-1851. This ornate pair features a gilt bronze figurative scene to each while supported by a white marble base. One of the pieces depicts a young girl feeding a goat with a small dog at her feet in a garden setting, while the other depicts two girls with a goat in a garden setting. Both items offer two elaborately scrolled arms, with a central pole each with a leafy grape vine embellished bobeche, while adorned with pressed floral motif glass hanging prisms. These girandoles go without any visible markings.

- minor wear to the finish; chips to the prisms.
