A limited edition 2 volume set of The Book of the Queen’s Dolls’ House and The Book of the Queen’s Dolls’ House Library edited by A. C. Benson and Sir Lawrence Weaver. Both volumes are numbered 499/1500 copies. The first volume describes the doll house, made as a gift for Queen Mary. The second volume features the doll house library. Both books have several full page plates with some in color. Some of the inside pages are uncut and have deckled edges. Inside the covers are paper book plats for Sylvia J. Thompson. The two volumes have blue linen-backed boards with gold foil stamped emblem and 1924 date, tan linen spines and applied paper label titles to the spines. Published in 1924 by Methuen & Co. Ltd. of London.
