Vintage Chippendale Style Mahogany Highboy China Cabinet
Item Details
A circa 1940’s Chippendale style china cabinet by Old Meeting House. This highboy mahogany cabinet is topped with a broken pediment flanking a flame finial. It features two interior shelves set behind a pair of thirteen light-glazed glass doors. The lower case consists of two stacked drawers equipped with brass tone filigree willow mounts with bail handles while the lower drawer has a central knob pull and is accented by a carved fan. The piece rests upon high cabriole legs on ball-and-claw feet. One drawer has a Mahogany Association label to the interior and one is marked ‘Old Meeting House Craft’ to the exterior.
