Item Details
A selection of framed tapestries of courting scenes. These two feature full color woven tapestries of an eighteenth century couple watching swans and one couple of the same period seated at an outdoor table. Both are in wood frames with protective paper backing and sawtooth hangers. Nether are marked by an artist.
Condition
- some discoloration to textiles; small repairs to snags in one textile to lower left; two nails in one frame to front; nicks and abrasions to both frames.
