Item Details
An oil painting on board signed ‘G. Ehrler’. This piece depicts an open landscape with a river that leads towards a mountain range, and a log cabin settled on the far bank of the water. It is signed to the lower left corner and presented in a gold tone wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- discoloration throughout piece and to verso; accretion to surface; craquelure throughout; stains splashed on surface; surface wear to frame with loss of finish to edges and corners.
