An offset lithograph on paper after Maurice Utrillo (c. 1883-1955) titled Montmartre. This piece depicts a cityscape with slightly indistinct figures in the foreground. The print is presented in an elaborate gold toned frame with a green band running through the center. The print is signed in plate to the lower right and has a short biography of the artist on the back.

Condition

- minor surface wear to frame; uneven paint to liner.
