Antique Moritz Zdekauer Porcelain Salt Cellars with Underplates
Item Details
A selection of antique Moritz Zdekauer porcelain tableware including six salt cellars with underplates. The pieces feature a delicate pink rose pattern with gilding to the edges and a luster glaze to the interior of the salt cellars. The cellars display scalloped edges and are marked ‘M Z Austria’ placing production by Moritz Zdekauer between 1884-1909. The underplates are marked ‘Vienna Austria’ which was an importer mark used by Leonard and then Bawo & Dotter.
Condition
- marks and discoloration; wear to gilding.
